Patrick Flynn

Growing up in the jungles of Papua New Guinea with the Pacific Ocean literally at his doorstep he fell in love with water-sports at an early age and with over 35 years surfing experience, Patrick is the main man for teaching and coaching you across all Wahoo Wind Co sports: kitesurfing, kite foiling, wingfoiling, and windsurfing. As an RYA trained windsurf Instructor, and IKO Level II Kite and Wing Instructor, Pat will ensure you're always safe and having fun while progressing at the sport of your choice.

It's also no secret that Pat is known to be the life of the party and brings joy to anyone he's around. You're guaranteed to have a great time, interesting conversation, and lots of laughs when Pat is around.

Tori Moreland

Meet Tori - Pat's better half. How Tori found herself immersed in watersports and the owner of a boutique hotel in Los Barriles is thanks to a con man, a pickleball kingpin, and a stray dog – but that’s a story for another day.

Growing up in Texas, Tori excelled in many competitive sports all her life and whether it’s kiting, windsurfing or wingfoiling, if it's wet and windy, she's sure to be out on the water.

Tori adds a whole other dimension to Wahoo Wind experiences through her other love of fabulous food and her vast knowledge of wine, cocktails, tequila and mezcal!  You'll be sure to enjoy the après surf activities with Tori just as much.

Juan Carlos Gomez

Juan Carlos is from Venezuela and has been a surf instructor for 7 years as well as a golf instructor for 11 years in the Cabo San Lucas area. He is passionate about wing foiling and even more passionate about teaching it. He enjoys guiding students from their first water starts to confident, controlled riding, always focusing on proper technique and safety.

His coaching style is hands-on, encouraging, and progression-oriented. He reads conditions carefully and adjusts each session so students can learn efficiently while having a great time on the water. For Juan Carlos, wing foiling isn’t just a sport—it’s a lifestyle he loves sharing with others.

Scampi / Scampito

Chief Scrappy Officer of Los Barriles

Scampi is a small black dog with a big heart. Each day in Los Barriles, he trots around the sunny streets and sandy beaches looking for taco scraps and affection.

Scampito has 4 years’ experience as Pat & Tori’s assistant kite instructor, and only occasionally gets distracted by the odd seagull or quad tire.

Join Scampito on his little journey, where happiness is found by the waves in the sun.
